Willow Class do 'Titanic'
The hall was set up for a full days investigating and making, the staff armed with boxes, milk bottle tops and ply wood were kitted up and ready to go.
The children spent the first session investigating how cams work (mechanisms in a moving model)then researching them on the internet, then finally testing how to get a moving part.
After lunch they began the inventing process, they planned and prepared.
Then on day two the 'messy stuff' began and the models were underway - built, reflected upon then painted.
A great day was had by all.
