Home Learning 25th - 29th January

Please see below for a daily timetable supporting you and your child to continue to access the curriculum at home. Please refer to the blended learning homepage for the principles and advice guiding our home learning offer. We endeavour to provide links that are accessible via  a mobile phone and the learning can then be recorded on paper if appropriate. This can be shared via Class Dojo to enable your child's class teacher to provide feedback and guide you and your child on the next steps in their learning.

  • Perform the activities
  • Compare the difference using column subtraction.
  • Order from quickest activity to slowest activity.

Think about your dreams and goals. 

When you have decided on some dreams and goals complete the flower template found below this timetable.  Write your dreams and goals on the petals and draw a picture in the centre of how you will be once you have achieved at least one of these goals.

Finally look at the self-assessment and decide if you didn’t understand anything, you need more help or you get everything we have looked at.  Post your responses on DoJo.  Remember to give an example of what you might do to show that you understand.

WALT use everyday items to create a Mayan temple.

Independent activities

Task 1.Build a temple, fit for a Mayan in your living room ( make sure you ask a parents permission) You could use blankets , cushions, and chairs. Make it as snug and cosy as possible. Take your Mayan myth or a book of your choice and read it inside your temple. Upload a photo or video of your temple to Do Jo.

Task 2.Have some family time and relax . Maybe play a board game, read together, or complete a craft .
