Measure the liquid Look carefully at the jugs below. What does the scale go up in? How much liquid is each jug holding? Capacity Countdown You can have further practise by playing the game linked below: https://ictgames.com/mobilePage/capacity/index.html Measure the amount of rocket fuel and enter it into the computer system to activate blast off!
Produce a potion Can you measure some liquids and mix them to create your own potion? How many ml of each ingredient did you use? How many millilitres or litres is there altogether?

Introduction

WALT recognise why Jesus’ ‘good news’ is important to Christians. |
Independent activities |
We have learnt about some of the good news that Christians believe Jesus brings. Have a think about the news on the TV and how it isn’t very positive currently. What is happening in the world now? What is your good news? What are you happy about or looking forward to?
Fold a piece of paper in half and write on the front ‘My Good News’. Inside the booklet write what is the good news in your life at the moment and draw a picture of that news.
Thinking question: How do we show that we care for others?
